These days I'm too busy working, organizing, and trying to find time to play guitar. So I haven't had too much time the past few years to blog. But I have been following the primary election closely and I'm strongly rooting for John Edwards. Visit my page at Tasini's Working Life blog for my recent political blog entries.
2 other activist/organizer blogs I would recommend are Sindicalista (read the post "Fetishism of the word vs. actually organizing the people") and John Cronan Jr.

Drop the Fluorescent Light Bulbs,
Learn How to Organize
Mike Tidwell is right on the money with this piece titled "Consider Using the N-Word Less: Voluntary actions didn't get us civil rights, and they won't fix the climate."

Ashamed of Her Wal-mart Past
Clinton served on the Wal-Mart board of directors from 1988-1992 while her husband was governor of Arkansas. She advocated environmentally friendlier practices and moving more women into management. She also stayed silent on the company's vicious anti-union practices. None of this is advertised by her presidential campaign.
